The R.O.S.E. Framework exists to help teachers stay rooted- not just rooted in the classroom, but rooted in who they are. Through four pillars- Rooted, Observe, Strategize, and Engage- we equip new and veteran educators with the self-awareness, strategies, and relationships that sustain a lasting career. Teachers are not leaving this profession because they have stopped caring. They are leaving because they have carried too much, for too long, without enough support.
